Here at Dinkelähre, we focus on stocking products from great regional sources. Hence, we are very proud to be able to offer a wide variety of products from numerous suppliers in the local region. Our bread, cheese meat and sausages hail, as much as is possible, from trusted regional suppliers.
The same is true for fruit, vegetables, eggs and wine – which we source from the regional network we have built up over many years. You can find more information about a few of our main suppliers below.
The Strobl bakery in Laaber has been supplying us since 1997. Right from the start spelt grown in our own agricultural production was turned into bread by the bakery. Nowadays, the range goes beyond just bread and also offers pretzels, bread rolls, baguettes and other treats. The Strobl bakery continues to work in the traditional way and without ready mixes – and you can taste the difference. That is why the baked goods from Laaber are so popular with our customers.

Since 2011 master baker Bäckermeister Sebastian Neuhoff produces traditionally made and baked organic bread. The Neuhoff family bakes their organic baked goods based on their belief that sustainability, honesty and transparency make for equally important ingredients as high quality raw sources. Organic is more than just a seal – rather it is a way of life to them. At Dinkelähre we sell a piece of this way of life, not just in the shape of bread but also cakes and pastries.
